You'll be responsible for:Leading and inspiring a multidisciplinary clinical teamDelivering safe, person-centred care aligned with Aged Care Quality StandardsCoaching, mentoring and developing nurses and care staffMonitoring resident outcomes and coordinating clinical interventionsEnsuring accurate clinical documentation and complianceDriving quality improvement, audits and risk management initiativesBuilding trusted relationships with residents, families, GPs and allied health professionalsSupporting funding assessments and clinical reportingPromoting a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork, respect and excellenceAbout youYou're an experienced Registered Nurse leader who enjoys bringing out the best in others while delivering exceptional resident care.
You'll have:Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)Minimum two years' experience in a Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Care Manager or similar leadership role within aged careStrong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and contemporary clinical practiceProven experience leading,
