Our Delivery & Transformation team within Group Technology and Security delivers critical technology and cyber security initiatives that support the organisation's strategic objectives.
As part of the Cyber team, you will work in a cooperative and fast-paced environment, partnering with stakeholders across the business to drive successful project outcomes while contributing to a broad portfolio of technology and transformation initiatives.We are a global financial services group operating in 30 markets with 57 years of unbroken profitability.

What role will you play?
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a range of technology and cyber security projects, ensuring alignment between project objectives and broader business priorities.
You will establish clear plans, manage project risks, dependencies and milestones, and work closely with stakeholders to drive progress and successful outcomes.
You will use project management tools and methodologies, you will provide visibility of delivery progress, facilitate effective decision-making, and help teams navigate complex and evolving project environments.
What You Offer
6+ years' project management experience, with exposure to delivering projects within financial services or similarly regulated environments
Demonstrated experience managing technology projects using both Agile and traditional project delivery approaches
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across diverse teams and business units
Proven capability using Jira or similar project management tools for planning, tracking, reporting and issue management
Experience leading cross-functional project teams, with exposure to cyber security initiatives viewed favourably, alongside the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
