The Role
As HVAC Project Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
You'll work closely with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes from commencement through to completion.
Manage multiple commercial HVAC projects concurrently.
Oversee project programming, budgets, procurement, and forecasting.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Monitor project performance and manage variations.
Mentor and support project engineers and site staff where required.
About the Candidate
Proven experience managing commercial HVAC or mechanical services projects.
Strong understanding of mechanical services installations and project delivery.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects.
Solid commercial and financial acumen.
Australian work rights and a valid driver's licence.
Work Environment
Salary package of $150,000 - $180,000 + Package (depending on experience).
