DescriptionAbout the RoleYou'll own the end-to-end reporting lifecycle across our contact centre's telephony and digital channels, transforming raw data into reliable datasets, uncovering actionable insights, and presenting compelling narratives that influence strategy at every level.This role sits at the intersection of data engineering, analytics, and storytelling .
You'll build the foundations, discover what matters, and make it land.What You'll DoBuild scalable data foundations – Design and maintain pipelines, semantic models, and transformations (SQL, BigQuery, Power BI) that turn source data into analytics-ready assets.Deliver compelling insights – Analyse contact volumes, service metrics, customer satisfaction, sentiment, and workforce data to surface trends and opportunities that drive performance improvements.Tell the story – Create visually stunning dashboards and reports that make complex data accessible to stakeholders from frontline managers to senior executives.Drive measurable impact – Provide actionable recommendations that improve customer outcomes, operational efficiency, and commercial performance.Leverage AI & automation – Use intelligent tools to accelerate workflows—from code generation to anomaly detection—while applying critical thinking to ensure accuracy and relevance.Champion data governance – Uphold standards for data quality, lineage, documentation,



and access controls across all reporting assets.What You Bring;Technical excellenceBachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fieldExperience with cloud data platforms (Google BigQuery or similar)Proficiency in Excel, Power Query, and dimensional data modellingUnderstanding of CI/CD principles and version-controlled deploymentFamiliarity with Jira, GitHub/GitLab, Confluence, and Google WorkspaceAnalytical edgeStrong data visualisation and dashboard design capabilitiesUnderstanding of data governance principlesInterest in AI-assisted analytics and automation toolsPython or scripting experience (desirable)Ability to translate complex findings into clear, audience-appropriate narrativesStrong stakeholder management across cross-functional teamsAnalytical problem-solver with a creative mindsetSelf-directed with ability to thrive in fast-paced environmentsLocation - This role will be based in our Toowong office.Extra leave - Enjoy additional leave days on us!
