As Head of Product for Cloud Engineering, you'll lead a team of product managers across three portfolios: Build & Run, Cloud Capabilities, and Database Engineering.
You'll set the direction for major initiatives including our multi-region cloud platform and the migration from SQL Server to Aurora Postgres, while partnering closely with Engineering leadership to bring these to life.Beyond the roadmap, you'll help define what it means to build a platform for an agentic future, redefining how Xero's product engineering teams are supported as AI reshapes the way we work.
