This individual will lead the Change and Adoption team's WalkMe capability and support the execution of digital adoption initiatives across Flight Centre Brand, to ensure the organisation is getting the most out of its digital assets.
As the Digital Adoption Lead, you will be responsible for helping the business strategically drive adoption and engagement with our enterprise software.
You will work closely with stakeholders throughout the organisation, including the FCB PMO team, Operations and Learning and Development, to develop and execute a holistic strategy based on value and impact with a strong focus on user experience.
You are responsible for the efficiency and effectiveness of WalkMe-related systems and processes, productivity, data integrity, process consistency, documentation and training.
