With approachable leadership, strong systems and a secure team environment, this is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys structure, customer contact and working with a team that values accountability and common sense.About The RolesDue to continued growth, there are three permanent opportunities available within the Credit and Accounts Receivable team.Two roles will have a stronger focus on credit collections, customer account management, credit control and resolving account queries.
One role will be more generalist AR and administration focused, supporting inbox management, banking, allocations, credit applications, new accounts and customer account updates.These roles would suit candidates with experience across accounts receivable, credit collections, credit administration, banking, allocations, customer account support or finance administration.Depending On The Role, Responsibilities May IncludeManaging customer accounts and following up overdue paymentsHandling customer queries by phone and emailSupporting credit control,
credit limits and order release processesResolving account issues, claims and billing discrepanciesManaging shared AR and credit inboxesProcessing and allocating customer paymentsMatching remittances and updating customer accountsAssisting with daily banking and payment identificationReviewing and processing credit applicationsCreating and updating new customer and service accountsProcessing credit notes and account amendmentsSupporting PPSA/PPSR updates and general account administrationWorking closely with sales, customer service, operations and finance teamsIdeal Skills And ExperienceExperience in accounts receivable, credit collections, credit control, banking, finance administration or customer account supportStrong communication skills and confidence speaking with customersGood attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage high-volume accounts, inboxes or administrationA customer-focused and solutions-focused approachExperience using an ERP system would be highly regardedConfident with Microsoft OfficeReliable, organised and able to follow tasks through to completionComfortable working autonomously while also contributing to a team environmentCulturePeople enjoy working here because the team is stable, supportive and collaborative.
