This is a hands‐on leadership role with full responsibility for branch performance – including financial outcomes, safety leadership, customer relationships, engineering quality and team development.

About The Role – What You'll Do Day‐to‐Day
Develop and execute branch sales and operational strategies in line with regional targets.
Drive revenue growth across engineering repairs, field service and reliability solutions.
Lead workshop and field service teams to deliver safe, high‐quality and on‐time repair outcomes.
Build strong relationships with key North Queensland industrial customers.
Partner with Safety & Wellbeing to ensure safe behaviours and timely reporting of incidents and hazards.
Skills & Experience We Are Looking For
Proven experience managing an engineering workshop, service centre or industrial branch.
Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated P&L; responsibility.
Safety‐oriented leader with a commitment to WHS compliance.
Formal qualifications in Business Management and/or Engineering (or equivalent experience).
Strong sales, analytical and financial management skills.
Exceptional customer service capability.
A people‐first leader who builds high‐performing, accountable teams.
Strong communication skills and a proactive, can‐do attitude.
Current and valid Australian Driver's Licence.
Experience in driveshafts, pumps or hydraulic cylinders will be highly regarded.
