It is therefore a genuine occupational requirement under the Anti-Discrimination Act ****.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will assist with developing and delivering culturally appropriate programs and services for our First Nations clients to assist them to address the barriers they face in their lives.
With a focus on a holistic approach, you will empower our clients and make a real impact on their lives.Utilising your specialist knowledge and skills to assist people to return to meaningful engagement in occupationsEvaluating the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illnessHelping clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications and interestsPerform a variety of assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise.
This could include functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessmentsResponsible for effective case management to plan,
