training and leadership developmentAbout youYou are an experienced HSEQ leader within the construction, remediation and marine sector.You are commercially aware, operationally credible, and highly effective at influencing people at all levels of a business.Most importantly, you are someone who leads from the front, builds trust quickly, and creates environments where people genuinely want to succeed safely and perform at their best.You are energised by the opportunity to build, improve and influence - not simply maintain the status quo.You bring:Leadership experience across safety, quality, environmental and risk functionsExposure to Office of the Federal Safety Commissioner (OFSC) certification system preferred.Strong knowledge of HSEQ legislation and compliance frameworksA cooperative leadership style focused on people, culture and continuous improvementThe credibility and resilience to drive change within a fast-paced operational environmentExperience in Tier 1, Multistorey CBD work, Fuel,
