This is a fantastic opportunity for a safety professional who enjoys building relationships, driving compliance and influencing positive safety cultures.
Working closely with operational teams, contractors and client stakeholders, you'll help ensure the highest standards of safety, quality and compliance are maintained across maintenance delivery programs.
You'll play a key role in contractor engagement, auditing, reporting, onboarding and continuous improvement initiatives while supporting operational delivery teams to achieve outstanding outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport health, safety, quality and compliance activities across the contractConduct audits of contractor safety documentation including SWMS, toolbox talks and licencesMonitor contractor compliance with WHS reporting and legislative obligationsFacilitate consultation, cooperation and coordination between contractors and stakeholdersReview asbestos registers,
hazardous materials registers and site compliance requirementsManage contractor and employee onboarding and offboarding processesMonitor training records and ensure mandatory training requirements are completedSupport incident investigations and corrective actionsDeliver monthly, quarterly and annual compliance reportingIdentify and implement process improvement initiativesSupport operational teams during periods of high demand and workforce absencesPromote a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvementAbout YouExperience in health, safety, quality or compliance rolesKnowledge of Australian WHS legislation and compliance requirementsExperience conducting audits and supporting compliance programsStrong stakeholder engagement and contractor management skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing prioritiesExperience supporting incident investigations and corrective actionsHigh attention to detail and strong reporting capabilityConfident using Microsoft Office including Excel, Teams, SharePoint and PowerPointFormal qualifications in Workplace Health & Safety or a related disciplineAbout Cushman & WakefieldAbout Cushman & Wakefield Cushman & Wakefield is a global leader in commercial real estate services, with 50,000+ employees across 60 countries.
