How you'll make an impact:
Design of overhead powerlines, including line profiling, span and cost optimisation
Design of powerline and telecommunications infrastructure including lattice towers, monopoles and guyed masts and their foundations
Substation civil and structural design
Liaise with project managers, vendors, workshop, shipping, construction crews and clients to facilitate and successful execution of projects




Support the day-to-day activities of assigned projects from inception through engineering, construction, to close out
You will attend sites for inspections and liaise with project stakeholders directly.
As a successful candidate you will have:
Degree Qualification in Civil/Structural Engineering
Extensive experience in overhead line design design including all aspects of documentation (reports, drawings, etc.)
Advanced user of PLS-CADD suite, including POLE and TOWER
Strong structural design skills in steel and concrete
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office suite and Space Gass
Ability to work independently and as part of the team
Good communication skills, attention to detail and work ethic
