Through a comprehensive onboarding program, you'll receive hands-on training, in-theatre coaching, online learning, and ongoing development to build your confidence and capability.What You'll DoSupport surgeons in theatre during Trauma proceduresProvide clinical and technical guidance to hospital teamsBuild strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, and theatre staffPartner with your Territory Manager on territory planning and account strategyIdentify opportunities to grow the Trauma portfolio across the regionDeliver product education and in-servicing to healthcare professionalsManage case preparation, instrument logistics,
