This role combines domain expertise, commercial thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to help drive revenue growth and customer success.As the Practice Manager, you will develop market strategies, create sales and solution enablement content, support strategic opportunities, and act as a subject matter expert for both internal teams and customers.
You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Product teams to ensure consistent market positioning and effective execution.Responsibilities:Own and develop go-to-market strategies for the portfolioSupport the launch of new products into the APAC marketCreate and maintain solution plays, ROI frameworks, discovery guides, and competitive positioning materialsCoordinate cross-functional activities through the segment pod structure, ensuring alignment and accountabilityDeliver enablement sessions to help commercial teams articulate value and address customer needsDevelop customer case studies, proof points, and success storiesSupport strategic sales opportunities and customer engagements as a domain specialistContribute to pipeline growth, sales effectiveness, and revenue outcomesSkills and Experience:Experience in Practice Management, Presales, Solution Consulting, or a similar enterprise SaaS roleUnderstanding of regulated industries and complex B2B buying environmentsExperience creating commercial content such as playbooks, ROI models,
