Renewals Manager - SydneyAbout Us:Location - Sydney/MelbourneFunction - CustomerDepartment - RenewalsWorking Pattern - Hybrid; Full-timeBenefits Benefits and RewardsSalary - $100,000 - $120,000We are seeking a detail-oriented Renewals Manager to support the effective management of customer contracts within a subscription-based environment.
This role is responsible for reviewing contract terms, managing renewal timelines, and ensuring customers receive clear and accurate information about their agreements.Responsibilities:Review and interpret customer contracts to identify renewal dates, terms, conditions, and termination clausesMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contracts and renewal activity within CRM or contract management systemsProactively contact customers ahead of renewal dates, outlining available options and next stepsRespond to customer queries regarding contract terms, renewals, and termination processes in a timely and accurate mannerIdentify discrepancies or potential issues within contracts and escalate where appropriateWork closely with internal teams, including Legal and Finance, to ensure compliance with policies and regulationsContribute to the continuous improvement of contract management and renewal processesMaintain clear records of all customer interactions related to renewals.Skills and Experience:Experience in a renewals, complaints, or contract-focused role, ideally within a SaaS or subscription-based businessStrong attention to detail,
