Reporting to the Sydney Managing Director and Global Chief People Officer, you will lead the People & Culture function locally, partnering with leaders and employees across all areas of the business.
This role combines strategic HR business partnering with hands‐on operational support and requires someone comfortable operating in a fast‐paced, creative environment.
Key responsibilities
Partner with leaders on performance, engagement, talent development and employee relations mattersManage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to offboardingLead culture, wellbeing, engagement and recognition initiativesProvide HR advice and support across employment legislation, policies and people-related challengesOversee HR operations, contracts,



documentation and complianceSupport learning and development programs and growth opportunities initiativesUse people data and insights to identify trends and drive informed decision-makingCollaborate with global stakeholders across talent and people programs
About you
Proven experience in a generalist HR or People & Culture roleStrong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and employee relationsExperience partnering with leaders and influencing stakeholders at all levelsAbility to balance strategic thinking with a hands‐on, operational approachHigh levels of emotional intelligence, initiative and sound judgementExperience within a creative agency, media, marketing, communications, design or similarly fast‐paced environment will be highly regardedComfortable working autonomously while building strong relationships across the business
