The role also provides clinical oversite of KDHS Outpatients Clinics.About YouCurrent registration with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA)Relevant clinical skills and knowledge of contemporary nursing practice at a level consistent with the responsibilities of the role, in the clinical area(s) being managed.Demonstrated knowledge and experience of contemporary management practice, including human resource management, financial management (including budget planning, monitoring and control), relevant funding streams and the ability to initiate, lead and manage strategic change in a team environmentExcellent interpersonal communication skills and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively with people at all levels of the organisation,
