The role reports to the General Manager and is based in office in Melbourne CBD.You will manage monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, IFRS compliance, and coordinating with auditors while maintaining strong relationships with tenants and internal teams.
Prior CRE experience and Yardi are highly regarded.
