Alfred Health's General Medicine Pharmacy Service seeks an experienced Lead Pharmacist to provide advanced patient-centred care, lead the General Medicine unit's pharmacy team, and drive clinical innovations.
As Lead Pharmacist you will mentor pharmacists, oversee rotations, credentialing programs, and collaborate with medical, nursing and allied health colleagues to improve medication safety and outcomes.The role also supports research and education within the department.
