In this QLD‐based role, you'll support leading research institutes, universities and clinical laboratories - ensuring their critical instruments are installed, maintained and performing at their best.If you enjoy solving complex technical problems, thrive in scientific environments, and want a role where your work directly supports advances in health and research, this is a rare opportunity to make a meaningful impact.Your Day-to-DayYour Day Will IncludeInstalling, commissioning and training customers on BD Biosciences instrumentsPerforming maintenance, fault diagnosis, repair work and performance testingProviding phone‐based troubleshooting support when requiredMaintaining accurate service records and documentationCollaborating with Account Managers and Technical Specialists to identify service and upgrade opportunitiesManaging service parts, stock control and equipment movementAssessing product performance, reporting issues and recommending improvementsKeeping up‐to‐date with new instrument models and participating in ongoing trainingPreparing repair quotations and identifying opportunities for service contractsEnsuring all activities comply with the BD Quality Management SystemThis is a hands‐on,
