About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced
Conveyancer
to join our team on a part time basis ********** FTE).
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing and forward-thinking conveyancing practice where you'll manage a range of conveyancing matters from instruction through to settlement while building trusted relationships with clients and industry professionals.
Working closely with the Managing Director & senior Conveyancer, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional client service, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and helping shape the future growth of the business.
This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in delivering high-quality work, and is looking for a long-term career within a supportive and collaborative team.
About your responsibilities
Some of your key responsibilities will include:




Managing a diverse range of conveyancing matters from instruction through to settlement.
Preparing and lodging conveyancing documentation using industry software and electronic settlement platforms.
Building strong relationships with clients and providing proactive updates throughout the conveyancing process.
Liaising with real estate agents, mortgage brokers, financial institutions, solicitors and other stakeholders.
Managing multiple files while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and meeting critical deadlines.
Contributing to process improvements, embracing new technology and supporting business growth initiatives.
About You
We're looking for someone who combines strong conveyancing experience with a proactive, client-focused and team-oriented approach. You'll ideally have:
A minimum of 12 months' experience working in conveyancing.
An Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing (or equivalent qualification).
A Conveyancer's Licence (desirable but not essential).
Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A proactive approach with the ability to manage matters independently.
Confidence using Microsoft Office, conveyancing software and digital systems.
A willingness to embrace technology,



learn new systems and contribute to continuous improvement.
Current National Police Check and a valid South Australian Driver's Licence (or the ability to obtain) are required.
