succession planning and the Civil Infrastructure Competency System for direct reportsActively promote safe work practices by implementing effective risk mitigation strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirementsPeople who Count.You will be responsible for a team of Trackworkers, requiring strong relationship-building and communication skills to effectively lead your team and maintain productive stakeholder relationships.We are looking to connect with someone who Is reliable, safety-focused individual who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a supportive team.
