About the role:
Reporting to the Manager, Enterprise Management Office, you'll lead enterprise projects and demand management processes, shape and prioritise strategic initiatives, and partner with executives, senior business leaders, Digital & Transformation, Finance and external vendors to drive successful outcomes.
As our Enterprise Project & Enablement Lead, you'll also:
Lead strategic projects from planning to delivery and perks realisationManage enterprise demand intake, prioritisation and initiative shapingDeliver portfolio reporting, insights and governance supportPartner with stakeholders to improve processes and delivery outcomes.
Skills & Experience:
Strong stakeholder engagement and influence skillsEnd to end project coordination experienceHuman-centred design and workshop facilitationExpertise in governance, reporting and analysis.
