talent development and employee transition initiatives across the employee lifecycle.Contribute to VIFM's employee value proposition and employer brand to attract and retain diverse, high-quality talent.Use workforce, market and remuneration data to inform talent decisions and identify opportunities to improve retention, employee experience and service delivery.Implement contemporary talent practices that enhance candidate experience, workforce capability and recruitment outcomes.About YouYou enjoy connecting people with meaningful opportunities and creating positive experiences for candidates, employees and hiring managers.With experience delivering talent acquisition, recruitment and broader talent management initiatives across the employee lifecycle, you'll contribute to attraction, onboarding, workforce development and employee experience initiatives, while partnering with stakeholders to deliver effective outcomes.You have a continuous improvement mindset, using workforce, market and other data insights to identify trends, enhance talent processes and support informed talent and recruitment decisions.Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, communication skills, and relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline (or equivalent experience) will support your success in the role.This is an opportunity to join a supportive team where your contribution is valued and your development is encouraged.What We OfferAt VIFM, you'll do meaningful work in a supportive environment.
