Today, through the Mutual Benefits Program, we invest in cutting-edge projects, products, tools and services designed to improve outcomes for employers, injured workers, and the communities we support.This Project Manager role is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in stakeholder engagement, project management and governance, and progress your career in project or change management.The Project Manager role is required to support, implement and proactively manage Mutual Benefits funded projects which can include conducting research, implementing new operational processes, creating and piloting new products or services, or developing tools and resources for customers.The role encompasses planning, execution, reporting and benefits realisation functions to ensure the projects are completed on time,



to scope and within budget while delivering quality outcomes.
The role works closely with both internal and external stakeholders, including employers, providers, and industry experts such as universities and researchers.This will be a full time, 12-month contract position based in any of our offices , with flexibility to work from home.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESDevelopment of project documentation to monitor and manage project movement, including (but not limited to); Business CaseProject Charter & PlanProject ScheduleBudget & Resource PlanRisk and Issues RegisterChange Management PlanStatus ReportsManage external providers, by developing contracts, collaborating on project deliverables, and ensuring qualityDevelop and maintain collaborative and effective relationships with internal stakeholdersInitiate and facilitate workshops as required to assist with the definition of requirements and design of solutionsProactively identify risks and issues on the project and facilitate mitigation/resolutionPlan, schedule and track project timelines, milestones and deliverables using appropriate toolsRegularly monitor and report on progress to all key stakeholdersABOUT YOU2-3 years demonstrated experience in managing projects on a large spectrum,
