Head Chef – Multi-Site Operations
Sydney | Full Time | Company Vehicle Provided
We're looking for an experienced Head Chef who enjoys building great kitchens, developing teams and improving operations.
Rather than being tied to one venue, you'll work across our growing hospitality group, supporting our Executive Head Chef across a network of busy club bistros, cafés, catering operations and function venues.
No two weeks will be the same.
One week you might be setting up a new kitchen, the next reorganising a brigade, assisting with a major function, implementing current systems or mentoring a team to improve consistency and performance.

About the Role
Reporting directly to our Executive Head Chef, you'll become a key operational leader within the business.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting multiple kitchens across our hospitality group
Leading and mentoring kitchen teams
Assisting with new venue openings and kitchen set-upsImproving kitchen systems, workflows and productivity
Maintaining high food quality and presentation standards
Training and developing junior chefs
Managing food costs, labour and stock control
Ensuring food safety and WHS compliance
Working closely with venue managers and senior leadership
About You
You'll be someone who naturally takes ownership and leads by example.
You'll have:
Previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
Experience across high-volume restaurants, clubs or catering
Excellent organisational skills
Calmness under pressure
The ability to identify problems and implement practical solutions
A passion for building strong kitchen cultures
Current Food Safety Supervisor certification
Full Australian driver's licence
