This is a unique opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking approach to education—supporting principals and teachers, reducing administrative burden, and enabling schools to focus on improving learning and wellbeing outcomes together.About the RoleThis role will see you lead the development and delivery of the MSO's operational strategy, using creative and evidence-based approaches to support improved educational outcomes.As a key member of the leadership team, you will align systems, processes, and culture to drive effectiveness and growth, while delivering high-quality, centralised services that enable school leaders to focus on teaching and learning.Working closely with the CEO, you will ensure operations are strategically aligned to educational priorities, supporting consistency, scalability, and equity across the school network.Who we are Looking For We are seeking a seasoned strategic and operational leader with a strong track record in complex, multi-site and/or regulated environments. Ideally, you'll have:leadership experience with accountability across operations, finance, people, facilities, governance, corporate services, and/or transformationProven capability in and knowledge of financial management, procurement, delegations, risk oversight, and compliance, including budget planning,



resource allocation, and navigating regulatory, legislative compliance, and governance frameworksExperience building and improving systems in a dynamic, reform-driven environmentsProven ability to lead change, foster innovation, and drive continuous improvementHighly developed stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse internal and external groupsDriven by purpose and motivated by making a positive difference
