About the Role
This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll become a trusted advisor to healthcare professionals, Support at Home providers, hospitals, aged care organisations and private clients.
Working closely with the Business Owner and Store Manager, you'll build long-term relationships, identify new business opportunities and recommend equipment solutions that genuinely improve people's lives.
Your Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, hospitals, NDIS and Support at Home providers, and aged care organisations.
Consult with clients and healthcare professionals to understand individual needs and recommend appropriate equipment solutions.
Conduct equipment demonstrations and product trials.
Prepare quotations and follow enquiries through to successful outcomes.




Identify and develop new referral opportunities throughout the Bellarine and Geelong regions.
Represent Lime Healthcare at education sessions, community events and industry networking opportunities.
Maintain an excellent knowledge of our extensive product range.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to delivery and ongoing support.
Work collaboratively with our administration, warehouse and service teams to ensure outstanding customer outcomes.
About You
You'll be someone who enjoys working with people, building trusted relationships and helping customers find the right solution.
Ideally you'll have:
Experience in sales, business development or account management.
Experience within healthcare, aged care, rehabilitation, disability or mobility equipment (highly regarded but not essential).
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A consultative, customer-focused approach.
Solid organisational and time management skills.
Confidence working independently while contributing to a close-knit team.
Current Australian Driver's Licence.
