NPI Planner / Coordinator
to work closely with our client, supporting the development and implementation of maintenance strategies across camp facilities and site infrastructure.

experience and a background in facilities, fixed plant, or site maintenance environments.
About the Role
As the NPI Planner / Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring maintenance activities are planned, scheduled, and executed effectively to maximise asset reliability and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and manage preventative maintenance (PM) schedules
Develop and implement maintenance strategies for camp facilities and site buildings
Create, review, and update inspection and maintenance documents
Ensure maintenance plans align with operational requirements and client expectations
Utilise Pronto to manage maintenance planning and scheduling processes
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Strong experience using
Pronto
maintenance management systems
Previous experience in maintenance planning and coordination
Exposure to
fixed plant, facilities, or building maintenance environments
Strong understanding of preventative maintenance strategies and asset management principles
