ABOUT THE CHANCE
This
Technical Service Administrator
position is for someone who is ready to get hands on in assisting our team across our Service, Accounts, Sales & Customer Care departments. The role is a full-time position based in Burleigh heads.
The Technical Service Administrator will play a key role in the following:
Answering Service Technical calls
Administration of salesforce technical program
Coordinating customer calls and service visits
Assisting Customers with basic service enquiries
Assisting with Salesforce data entry and job allocation
Service Invoicing in Unleashed / Xero accounting
Reconciling Parts Returns and Repairs
Outbound Calls to schedule Service Technical Runs
Assist Service Technical Manager
Travel bookings for the service team
Data Entry
Assist with outbound calls to engage existing customers
Assisting with AR
Contacting customers with overdue accounts
AD Hoc Office Duties
Selection Criteria
Reliable
and enthusiastic, with a strong commitment to working in a team
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
Very high level of attention to detail
Ability to act professionally when dealing with difficult customers
A consistent, professional demeanour that is able to handle fluctuations of work pace
Accounting program, such as
Xero
and
Unleashed
preferred but not essential
Knowledge of
Salesforce
(preferred but not essential)
Intermediate Microsoft office experience
Excellent understanding of customer needs
Attention to detail and ability to follow through on task
Must
have drivers license
National Police Check required or able to obtain one
