Hebel Installation, External Cladding, Lightweight Cladding, Blueboard, Foam Systems, Solid Plaster, Acrylic Render, Texture Coating and Residential & Commercial Painting.

Positions Available
Team Leader / Site Supervisor
Apprentice (No Experience Required – Full Training Provided)
Hebel Installers
Cladding Installers
Renderers
Solid Plasterers
Texture Coaters
Painters (Internal & External)
Key Duties
Install Hebel and lightweight cladding systems.
Complete rendering, solid plaster and texture coating to a high standard.
Carry out internal and external painting works.
Read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
Supervise and coordinate site activities (Team Leader role).
Ensure projects are completed safely, on time and to a high standard.
Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment.
Work professionally with builders, clients and other trades.
Operate company tools and equipment responsibly.
Drive company manual utility vehicles to and from job sites where required.
Essential Requirements
White Card (Essential)
Current Driver's Licence
Ability to drive a manual utility vehicle (essential)
Reliable and punctual




Strong communication and teamwork skills
Physically fit and willing to work outdoors
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Positive attitude with attention to detail
Experience preferred for qualified trades and supervisory positions
