About the Role

We're looking for enthusiastic operators to join our growing team delivering essential cleaning, maintenance, painting, and horticulture services across Canberra and surrounding areas.
As a valued member of our team, you'll be removing graffiti, pressure washing high-traffic areas, maintaining green spaces and cleaning amenities that shape the appearance and health of our local environment.
This hands-on role sees you working independently and in tight-knit teams, helping to deliver high-quality services for our infrastructure clients.
Whether you're just starting out or already an experienced operator – we've got opportunities tailored to your skill level, with full training provided!

What You'll Be Doing
Graffiti removal and Painting using specialised equipment
Pressure washing of streets, public areas and infrastructure
Garden and landscape maintenance in open public spaces
Following mapped routes to inspect and report on client assets
Accurately logging data via our mobile app
Working independently or in small teams on a roster
About You
We're looking for motivated, practical people who:
Are reliable, punctual and enjoy early starts

Communicate well and enjoy dealing with people
Are eager to learn, grow and contribute to a high-performing team
Essential Requirements
Valid driver's licence (Provisional OK, manual preferred)
OHS White Card
ACT Asbestos & Silica Awareness Cards
ACT Working with Vulnerable People Check (WWVP)
Basic knowledge of Canberra's geography & ability to read maps
Comfortable using smartphones/tablets (training provided)
Bonus Points If You Have
? Motorcycle licence & scooter experience
? Previous experience in exterior cleaning, landscaping or trades maintenance
? Neat presentation and great customer service skills
? Strong memory, coordination, and a commitment to safety
