About the Role
This position is ideal for an adviser who enjoys building lasting client relationships, delivering high quality strategic advice and contributing to the ongoing growth of a progressive financial planning practice.
As a Financial Adviser, you will manage relationships with both new and existing clients, providing advice across a broad range of financial planning disciplines while working closely with an experienced support team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Meeting with clients to understand their financial position, objectives and concerns and providing holistic financial advice.
Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
Managing new client enquiries and referral opportunities
Working collaboratively with paraplanning,



administration and implementation staff
Ensuring all advice is compliant, appropriate and clearly documented
Identifying additional advice opportunities where appropriate
Contributing to continuous improvements in systems, processes and client experience
Representing the practice professionally with clients and referral partners
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
A minimum of two years' experience as a Financial Adviser
Successfully passed the Financial Adviser Exam and met current education requirements
Current registration on the Financial Advisers Register, or eligibility for registration prior to providing personal advice
Robust technical knowledge across core financial planning strategies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear, practical and relatable way
A thorough understanding of compliance obligations and the best interest's duty
Excellent attention to detail
Confidence in developing and managing long term client relationships
A professional, ethical and reliable approach
A genuine desire to contribute to the growth and success of the business
