About the role
You'll be responsible for servicing residential swimming pools and spas across metropolitan Adelaide while delivering exceptional customer service.
Your duties will include:
Regular pool and spa maintenance
Water testing and chemical balancing
Diagnosing equipment faults
Repairing and installing pumps, filters, chlorinators, heaters and automation systems




Filter media replacements
Equipment upgrades and plumbing repairs
Preparing customer quotes where required
Maintaining accurate service records
Providing professional advice to customers
About you
To be successful you'll have:
Previous experience servicing swimming pools
Strong knowledge of pool water chemistry
Experience with equipment including Zodiac, AstralPool, Waterco, Davey, Hayward or similar brands
Current Australian Driver's Licence
Solid problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service
Ability to work independently and manage your daily workload
A positive attitude and pride in your workmanship
Highly regarded:
SPASA qualifications
Plumbing, electrical or trade background
Experience with automation systems and heat pumps
