Furniture

Or another results-driven retail environment.

What You'll Be Doing
Every day you'll:
Build genuine relationships with customers.
Use our industry-leading BedMATCH technology to help customers find the right mattress.
Recommend complete sleep solutions.
Follow up customers professionally.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.
No two customers are the same.

What You'll Need
We're looking for someone with
proven retail sales success
.
Not someone who's simply worked in retail.
Someone who has consistently delivered results.
You'll probably be the person your current team relies on when it comes to closing the big sales.
You'll also understand that in retail, weekends matter.
Our busiest trading days are when our customers have time to shop, so
regular weekend work is an essential part of this role
.
