The Employment Consultant Inclusive Employment Australia is responsible for leading, coaching and supporting participants to find employment.
This is a role where you can make a real difference in your own community.
What will you be doing?
Support and understand the clients' barriers and work together to develop employment goals
Be part of creating and sourcing employment opportunities
Support and help your clients identify their skills, abilities, and secure sustainable employment
Provide and deliver a high level of customer service to our clients, employers, and stakeholders
Build rapport and support our clients to increase their capacity to secure suitable employment
Create, tailor, and implement a partnered job plan with the client to support them through the employment journey and into sustainable employment
Build sustainable and long-lasting relationships with local employers, registered training organisations and community organisations




Explain to employers the benefits and supports in hiring someone with a barrier/disability
Who are we looking for?
Someone who as the ability to overcome objections and break down employment barriers that exist for people
Ability to deliver productive and effective strategies to positively engage with employers and build sustainable relationships
Awareness of vulnerabilities and the positive effects of employment
Effective problem solving and conflict resolution skills
An understanding or ability to learn how to work with potential employers to source employment
Well-developed problem-solving skills

Complete an Australia History Criminal Check
Have a current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain a Working with Children Check before employment
Ability to work Monday to Friday – 8:30am to 5:00pm
