About the Role
As Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment activities that support the ongoing growth and success of our business.
Your responsibilities will include:




Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from advertising through to onboarding
Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and source quality candidates
Building and maintaining talent pools for current and future workforce needs
Conducting proactive candidate sourcing and market searches
Screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating pre-employment processes
Coordinating employment offers, onboarding, and induction activities
Developing strong relationships with external labour hire and recruitment providers
Assisting with workforce planning and recruitment strategies
Ensuring recruitment activities align with company policies and employment legislation
Staying informed of recruitment trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment outcomes
Providing recruitment support and advice to management and supervisors across the business
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role (minimum 2 years preferred)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent organisational and time management abilities




The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and problem-solving capability
A professional approach to maintaining confidentiality and sensitive information
Strong computer skills and experience using recruitment systems and Microsoft Office
A proactive and team-focused attitude
A qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline will be highly regarded but is not essential.
