What You'll Do

As a Membership Consultant, you'll be the driving force behind member growth.



You will:

Generate and convert leads through creative outreach, community engagement, and referrals Deliver sales presentations and personalised tours to prospective members Build great member journeys through positive, professional interactions Achieve sales targets and contribute to team KPIs Track leads, appointments, and conversions daily using our CRM Work with your team to ensure the club continues to grow and thrive

Who You Are

Sales-focused with a natural ability to connect and build rapport Motivated by results and driven to hit (and smash) targets Organised, proactive, and confident juggling multiple tasks A solid communicator who listens, empathises, and influences Passionate about fitness and eager to represent the Cartel brand every day Sales experience is a bonus — but with our training, enthusiasm and drive matter most
