THE ROLE
Endorsed Enrolled Nurse
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Endorsed Enrolled Nurse to join our clinical team and support the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.
The Enrolled Nurse plays a vital role in providing person-centred nursing care to our residents. Working under the supervision and direction of a Registered Nurse, you will contribute to a cooperative, supportive, and resident-focused care environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor and report changes in residents' wellbeing in a timely manner to the Registered Nurse
Support resident care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Safe administration of medications and wound management in line with the 7 rights of medication safety
Provide clinical care within scope of practice as directed by the Registered Nurse
Ensure accurate, timely documentation that meets all legislative and regulatory requirements, including Aged Care Act, SIRS, WorkSafe, and AN-ACC standards
Assist in emergency response procedures as required
Supervise and mentor Personal Care Workers to support best practice care delivery
Participate in clinical staff meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with all organisational policies, including post-falls observations and infection prevention and control procedures in consultation with the IPC lead
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for someone who is not only clinically capable, but also genuinely passionate about aged care and teamwork.

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
Essential:
Qualification in accordance with AHPRA registration requirements for this position description.
Diploma or Certificate of Nursing (with medication endorsement and injectables)
Current AHPRA registration.
Annual CPR.
Unencumbered police check.
Desirable
Experience within a residential aged care setting.
