We are seeking an experienced
Senior Business Analyst
to join a large-scale enterprise transformation initiative.
This role will play a key part in supporting business change, process improvement, solution implementation, testing, and stakeholder engagement activities.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work closely with business and technical teams to analyse requirements, improve end-to-end processes, support solution deployment, and ensure successful delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Lead business analysis activities across complex ICT and business transformation initiatives.
Analyse, document, and improve business processes, workflows, and operational procedures.
Gather, interpret, and translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution configurations.
Support testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, test planning, and defect management.
Collaborate with stakeholders, subject matter experts, vendors, and delivery teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Required Skills & Experience




Demonstrated experience working in Business Analyst roles within complex environments.
Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale ICT transformation or change programs.
Robust business process mapping, analysis, and documentation skills.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation capabilities.
Proven ability to translate business requirements into practical and implementable solutions.
Desired Experience
Experience supporting business change and release management activities.
Exposure to solution deployment planning and implementation.
Knowledge of testing methodologies, including UAT and regression testing.
Experience contributing to process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
Familiarity with project delivery frameworks and business analysis best practices.
