Job Description
As a Service Coordinator at Encaba, you will be responsible for coordinating our field service operations, ensuring technicians, clients and suppliers are working together to deliver outstanding service.
You will manage job scheduling, customer communication, purchasing, documentation and job close-out while supporting the Service Manager with the day-to-day running of the service department.
You will work closely with our team of engineers, electricians and automation technicians to ensure maintenance, breakdowns and project work are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
Previous experience in a Service Coordinator, Scheduler or Administration role
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Current Australian driver's licence
Highly Desirable Skills
Experience in an electrical, industrial or trade environment
Experience using service management or scheduling software
Purchasing or procurement experience
Knowledge of industrial maintenance or automation services
