MiiData Solutions & Growth Consultant
MiiData is an emerging business operations and workflow platform transitioning from beta into commercial growth.
We are seeking a highly capable and driven individual who combines technical understanding, business problem-solving, and commercial ability to help organisations improve efficiency, visibility, and operational performance.
This is not a traditional sales or developer role.
We are looking for someone who can understand how businesses operate, identify inefficiencies, and work with customers to design smarter workflows and management systems using MiiData.
You will work closely with our internal development team, customers, and leadership to translate operational challenges into practical, scalable solutions.
The successful candidate will be confident engaging with business stakeholders, technically minded enough to understand system design and data relationships, and commercially focused on delivering measurable value.
Key Responsibilities
· Engage with businesses to understand operations, pain points, and inefficiencies
· Identify opportunities to improve workflow, reporting, automation, and visibility
· Design and configure tailored solutions within the MiiData platform
· Work alongside developers to scope requirements and support implementation
· Demonstrate the platform and communicate value to prospective customers
· Assist with onboarding, solution adoption, and continuous improvement
· Contribute ideas to product direction based on customer feedback and market needs
· Help position MiiData as a leading platform for operational efficiency and business management

You can confidently communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and have a strong interest in how systems, data, and workflows interact.
Ideal experience may include:
· Business systems, SaaS, consulting, operations, process improvement, or technical sales
· Experience with databases, workflows, APIs, or configurable software platforms
· Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills

· Familiarity with SQL, relational databases, integrations, reporting tools, or low-code/no-code platforms
