An exciting chance is now available for a Human Resources Administrator to join the team at CSA's Gillman head office.
About the Role
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources Administrator will provide administrative and operational support across a broad range of HR functions.
This is an excellent chance for someone who enjoys variety, is diligent with strong organisational skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering exceptional internal customer service with a high degree of integrity and attention to detail
The role will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities
Coordinating end-to-end recruitment, on-boarding, inductions, training, pre-employment checks, and employee records management.
Maintaining HR systems, employee enquiries, and supporting recognition programs, HR projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinating corporate events, employee engagement activities, and community programs.
Assisting with HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Managing office supplies, uniforms, workplace amenities,
and employee wellbeing initiatives, including drug and alcohol testing and flu vaccination programs.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in an HR Administration or similar administrative role
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
A high level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
A proactive, adaptable, and team-focused approach
Desirable
Qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline
Experience using Employment Hero or similar HRIS platforms
