Competitive remuneration ranging from $129,464 to $142,665 plus super & annual leave loading.
We're seeking a Senior Business Analyst to develop and deliver stakeholder requirements, status reports, and performance-improvement specifications that meet business needs.
You'll facilitate prioritisation of complex change initiatives, adjust program scope, and design end-to-end GreenField solutions, using BPMN to document processes and translating requirements into functional and technical specs for end-to-end solutions.
Collaborating on MS .
NET and MS SQL projects, you'll apply Education-domain knowledge (Student Management Systems and finance) to derive service-improvement recommendations from feedback.
You'll build strategic stakeholder relationships, leverage Agile tools (Jira, Confluence), and champion Analysis Practice while implementing a structured resource-planning framework to improve efficiency.
In a high-volume environment with competing priorities, you'll deliver change and implementation plans, meet timeframes, and ensure outcomes align with the service vision and business strategy by linking current and future models to the business architecture.

About you
Demonstrated experience collaborating a large-scale enterprise IT environment.
Demonstrated ability to analyse and translate user requirements into comprehensive report for consumption by technical internal or external resources.
Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst or equivalent, with a track record delivering complex change initiatives.
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management and collaboration skills.




Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver on time ion a high-volume setting.
Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department's
Aboriginal Education Policy
and upholding the
Department's Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG
and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
