The practice has a reputation for delivering high-quality patient care across general dentistry, implants, orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, periodontics and hygiene services.
About the Opportunity
As Practice Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the practice while providing leadership, support and guidance to a multidisciplinary team.
You will work closely with clinicians and support staff to ensure exceptional patient experiences, efficient practice performance and a positive workplace culture.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys motivating people, improving systems and creating an environment where both patients and team members thrive.
What You'll Be Doing
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and supporting the practice team
Managing daily operations and workflow
Patient scheduling and appointment management
Financial administration,



accounts and end-of-day banking
Treatment plan and patient finance discussions
Insurance and accounts processing
Maintaining effective practice systems and processes
Supporting business performance and operational excellence
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:
Previous Australian dental experience
Experience working within a dental practice leadership role
Experience using D4W (preferred)
Outstanding organisational and communication skills
A calm, professional approach under pressure
A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop others
Most importantly, you will be someone who values teamwork, leads with integrity and enjoys creating a positive workplace culture.
