The Town's Infrastructure unit is dedicated to high standards of service delivery for the community.
We contribute to the Town's strategic objectives through the protection, enhancement and development of the Town's assets, infrastructure and natural environment.

About the role
We are seeking an organised, proactive and outcomes-focused Project Manager to lead the planning, delivery and successful completion of key projects.
This role will coordinate project teams, manage timelines and budgets, oversee risks and issues, and keep stakeholders informed from initiation through to completion.

About you
To be successful in this role you will have substantial experience in a project management role delivering a broad cross-section of projects.
The successful candidate will bring strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills,



with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes in a agile environment.
You will have a thorough understanding of construction methods and materials and comprehensive experience in procurement, tendering methods and contract management.
Relevant tertiary qualification in project management, quantity surveying or a related field is desirable.

Salary and Benefits
This permanent full-time position attracts an annual salary of $111,150 - $116,948 per annum plus superannuation, dependent on qualification and experience.
The Town also offers up to 4% additional superannuation (conditions apply), 17.5% leave loading, free parking, ongoing training and professional development, and up to two additional leave days per calendar year.
Working Hours
The position is full time, 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Flexibility options such as condensed hours (9-day fortnight or 19-day month), hybrid work and variable start/finish times are options and may be negotiated for this role.
