This is an exciting new full time senior Level 3 position in the Physiotherapy Department at the Children's Hospital at Westmead which is targeted to ensure comprehensive and coordinated physiotherapy management for children with chronic and complex presentations including respiratory, neurological and neuromuscular conditions.
This position will work within the team at the recent Kookaburra Centre, a dedicated complex care centre for children with chronic and multiple conditions.
It features a multidisciplinary, family-centred model of care that consolidates various specialties, reduces hospital stay durations, and offers support for home transitioning

Recognised qualification in Physiotherapy and AHPRA registration.
Significant postgraduate experience and knowledge in the relevant caseload.
Demonstrated advanced level of clinical skills in the relevant caseload.
Demonstrated high level communication and interpersonal skills,



(including negotiation and conflict resolution skills in (insert caseload specifics) and proven success in multidisciplinary team settings.
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills with an ability to work flexibly within clinical and administrative service demands.
Experience in supervision of physiotherapy staff and students
Demonstrated leadership skills in service delivery improvement activities and/or research.
