The Role
We're Looking for Experienced Frontend Supervisors (including night fill and weekend shifts) – Permanent Starts - North of the river stores - Stirling, Morley, Innaloo!

At Spudshed, we're seeking an experienced supervisor to join our team and make a meaningful impact.
This role includes a tailored training program lasting 1–3 months, depending on your experience.
Training will be conducted at one of our locations mentioned above, designed to enhance your existing skills and prepare you for success in a Frontend Supervisor role.
Once training is complete, you'll transition seamlessly into the Frontend Supervisor position, where you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, lead by example, and help train and develop a high-performing team.
Your leadership will be key in creating a welcoming and engaging experience for both our customers and employees.
Responsibilities
Frontend Supervisor responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Supervise the daily operations of the checkout area, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organisation in the checkout area.
Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and effective manner.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
Manage cash handling, ensuring accuracy in till operations and balancing at the end of shifts.
Support management with inventory checks and restocking as needed.
Assist with roster and ensuring appropriate staffing levels for peak times.
Skills & Experience
Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.
Organised and task oriented.
Solid communication skills.
Previous supermarket retail experience is preferred.
Direct to Door (D2D) experience is essential.
Ongoing training and development working with a supportive and growing team.
Weekend availability is essential as the role includes regular weekend work.
To be successful in this role you must be Customer focused and passionate about maintaining an excellent Department standard.
