Salary Range: $127,597 - $136,873 (PN: *****)

Are you passionate about supporting people to achieve positive outcomes and build safer, stronger communities?
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Assistant Director, Countering Violent Extremism (CVE) Case Manager to join our team.
As a CVE Case Manager, you will work directly with clients to assess needs, develop case plans, provide interventions, coordinate support services, and monitor progress towards agreed goals.
The ACT Support and Intervention Program (ACT-SIP) is voluntary for clients, so rapport building is crucial.
You will build effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and service providers while maintaining accurate records and ensuring services are delivered in a professional, ethical, and client-focused manner.
This is an excellent prospect for someone who has strong communication skills, sound judgement, and experience working with individuals who may have complex needs.

Eligibility/Other Requirements:
At least two years of practical experience working in a comparable social work/case management role.
This position is a Designated Security Assessed Position.
Australian citizenship and a current Baseline security clearance or ability to obtain and hold a Baseline security clearance is a mandatory qualification.
Driver's licence C class is essential.
Prior to commencing this role, a current registration issued under the Working with Vulnerable People (Background Checking) Act **** is required.

Relevant tertiary qualifications in community services, sociology, criminology, justice, correctional practice, social sciences, human services, health or related field are highly desirable.
Notes:
This is a temporary position available from 06 September **** until 30 June **** with a possibility of extension and/or permanency.
A Merit Pool may be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.
