About the role
As an Administration Assistant with the Electsales team, you will be providing friendly support to the majority of the builders in Perth and the South West (WA) region.
This is a genuinely varied administration and customer service role - one day processing order for builders and suppliers; the next scheduling deliveries or helping with maintenance queries.
This is a full time, permanent role Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm.
No weekend or evening work.
Key Responsibilities (but is not limited to):
Communication: Answering phone calls and emails from building supervisors
Administration Support: Processing data, managing bookings and liaising with installers
Date Entry: Processing builders' sales orders, creating supplier orders and invoicing builders
Problem Solving: Troubleshooting issues, investigating client requests, and finding fast solutions
About you
You will be quick to learn, switched on, have great attention to detail, ask questions to understand how things work, and take pride in getting things right.
You're organised, reliable, and understand the importance of discretion - with commercial pricing and builder information staying confidentially with you.
You will have:
Clear written and verbal communication skills
The ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Proactive and customer-focused approach to problem-solving
A helpful, customer service mindset with internal and external stakeholders
A reliable, team-focused attitude with the initiative to work independently
Permanent work rights in Australia.
